To remove all fire sprinkler protection in the entire existing 1 story McCleary Conference Center, Lobby and Gift Shop. To remove existing FDC connection with piping and reroute connection to the East Lobby FDC location. To remove all pendants and armovers in the Level Two Connecting Bridge (both ends), and maintain the shell along with the rated corridor pendant protection. The building permit addresses the new construction of 2-hour exit passageway to maintain a required exit system past new construction at two locations which is not specifically addressed under this permitted work scope. The fire sprinkler system work shall be maintained in accordance with minimum requirements of NFPA 13-2002, complying with the IFC-2000 and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance verification of meeting minimum code.
