(FIRST HORIZON HOME LOAN)(VISTA/TARGEE-BLDG A - STE 100) To add one and relocate 12 existing fire sprinklers for the new 2,503-ft/2 expansion to an existing 3,025-ft.2 office tenant in the northeast corner of the first floor of existing building. New area total for the tenant will be 5,528-ft/2. Fire sprinkler work is related to miscellaneous interior demolition work, new interior walls, and some suspended ceiling work. This permit is being done in conjunction with the adjacent suite remodel permit under BLD04-01339 (no fire permit to date) and both permits are attached to the same set of building plans. This building is fully sprinklered for allowable area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD04-01338.
