(U.G. HIGHLANDS VILLAGE BLD 9) To install approximately 55' of 4" C-900 PVC and a 4" D.I. riser piece to approximately 6" above concrete floor grade in a 13,266-ft/2 three story, four unit apartment building. This building will be fire sprinklered per NFPA 13-R for story increase. The fire sprinkler underground service supply work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2000, attached review comment and conditions list, all as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code.
