DEMO PERMIT ONLY - (HEWLETT PACKARD)(CAFETERIA-WALK IN COOLER/FREEZER) To demo fire sprinklers in preparation for a new cooler. Work includes removal of 10 existing dry pendants and reinstalling temporary fire sprinkler protection coverage at the roof for the dismantling and removal of an existing walk in cooler/freezers within the existing kitchen / food preparation area of HP#3 Cafeteria, to allow removal of concrete floor. The fire sprinkler system work shall be maintained in accordance with minimum requirements of NFPA 13-1999, complying with the IFC-2000 and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance verification of meeting minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD04-01203.
