Springhill Suites Marriott Hotel - To install approximately 200 feet of 6" C-900 DR-14 PVC tapped near the northeast corner of the property, running west 193 feet and south approximately 10 feet under the footing to a fire sprinkler control room, then up through the finish grade floor with Ductile Iron Class 50 to a M.J. Adapter. This is a dedicated fire service supply service to a new 66,322-ft/2 four story, wood framed, 119 unit motel with 7,100-ft/2 meeting rooms, indoor spa, lobby area and food prep kitchen and a 1,720-ft/2 covered porte-cochere for area increase. This fire sprinkler underground supply work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD04-01267.
