LaSalle Boise Research Center (Shell Office Building) - To install a single, dedicated fire service supply main for a new 16,940-ft/2, one story, concrete tilt-up office shell building. This service will tap in LaSalle St. where the contractor will start at the property line and run approximately 74' with 6" DR-14 C-900 PVC, turn 90º west approximately 105' to another 90º, turn north and run approximately 97', then another 90º east approximately 25' under the building footing and up through the finish floor with Class 50 Ductile Iron to a M.J. Adapter. This is an underground permit only. Separate overhead system t permit will be required. This building will be fully fire sprinklered. The sprinklers will be used for area increase. This fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code.
