(HALL, FARLEY, OBERRECHT, AND BLANTON - KEY FINANCIAL - 8TH FLR) To modify and add fire sprinklers for the partial remodel of an existing 6,179-ft/2 office tenant space located on the 8th floor of an existing high-rise building (i.e. the Key Financial building). Fire sprinkler work is associated with interior nonbearing walls, a new 1-hr corridor wall. This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD04-01610.
