(VANITY FAIR - BOISE FACTORY OUTLETS - BLDG 4) To modify existing fire sprinkler protection system for the creation of a 25,860-ft/2 retail sales tenant space, located within an existing 32,400-ft/2 foot building, which will combine several smaller tenant spaces. Fire sprinkler work is related to the demolition of 2 existing shear walls and the installation new shear walls, the interior nonbearing walls, 2 restrooms and fitting rooms. This building is fire sprinklered for building area increase and for fire area. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
