**CENTENNIAL HIGH SCHOOL PERFORMING ARTS CENTER** To install approximately 150'-0" of 6" C-900 CPV fire service supply from a stub located at an existing 8" x 6" tap with key gate valve in the parking lot. The underground fire service supply will be run to a location on the east side of the proposed structure in a location not identified in this permit application. The riser shall be installed to within 1'-0" or less of the finish floor of approved carbon steel piping with listed or approved thrust devices. This service supply will be the supply for a proposed 32,606-ft/2, one story, Type II-B fully fire sprinklered theater / classroom building, of which fire sprinklers are used for area. Added 10/12/2004. To install a 4" PVC underground piping with 4" protected galvanized "remote" riser with Fire Department Connection (FDC) at a point in a curb planter with the supply following the system water supply main into the riser room. That FDC supply from the riser room down through the floor will also be protected galvanized piping. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code.
