OXFORD SUITES HOTEL * To install the underground fire service supply, standpipe and overhead fire sprinkler protection systems in a new 91,785-ft/2, four story, with a basement, 132 room suite hotel. The basement is 17,287-ft/2 and contains, conference rooms, lounge, full service restaurant with kitchen. The first floor is 21,164-ft/2 contains the indoor swimming pool, spa, lobby area and 30 guest room. The second floor is 20,084-ft/2 contains 32 suites. The third floor is 21,164-ft/2 contains 39 suites and the forth floor is 17,287-ft/2 contains 31 suites. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The fire sprinkler systems and standpipe work shall comply with the IFC 2000, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD04-00640.
