Lot #8, Airway Park Subdivision - (U.G. Shell & Core) Scope of work for this sprinkler permit is to install approx. 160' of 6" C900 PVC, three 6" MJX 90's with thrust blocks per NFPA 13. This permit is for underground only. Stub-up through floor @1'-0". Riser room will be in a 1-hour rated riser room. Sprinkler design will not use an exteriro control valve. To construct a new 11,500 square foot, one story, masonry and wood framed shell and core building. This building is fully fire sprinkled. This building will contain 5 future tenant spaces. Four of the proposed tenant space will have a vanilla finish and include one accessible restroom (lease spaces #106-#109). The remaining 5610 square foot tenant space will be finished for Fast Glass (BLD04-02145). This is a shell and core permit only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. Separate tenant improvements permits will be required to finish each tenant space for occupancy. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. #04-599/JCM
