Description |
To relocate a manual pull station and provide total coverage notification (by adding new and relocating existing horn/strobes) to an existing fire alarm system. The required manual fire alarm system includes sprinkler monitoring, elevator recall/shutdown, door release, HVAC shutdown and notification throughout.
The associated building permit (BLD 04-02051) is to establish a new Certificate of Occupancy for AMRESCO and a Letter of Compliance for 'Vanilla Finish Space' (no tenant/no occupancy). Building is sprinklered for substitution of 1-hour construction. To perform selective demolition per plans; to construct new interior walls to create a non-rated corridor between the two existing stair enclosures and to create two tenant spaces from one. AMESCO will continue to occupy a smaller area of 12,000 sq. ft. and a new "Vanilla Finish" space of 4,816 sq. ft. will be created for future tenant.
