AMRESCO & NEW 'VANILLA FINISH' TENANT SPACES-RIVER QUARRY BLDG 'C' -3RD FLR * To relocate existing pendants and install new pendant fire sprinklers in the non-rated corridor for the construction of new interior walls to create a corridor between two existing stair enclosures and create two tenant spaces from one. The existing occupant (AMESCO) will continue to occupy a smaller area of 12,000-ft/2 and a new "Vanilla Finish" space of 4,816-ft/2 will be created for future tenant. There will be approximately 2,575-ft/2 of new common area for use by both tenants. This building is fire sprinklered for substitution of 1-hour construction. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
