RONALD VAN AUKER WAREHOUSE & OFFICE (SHELL ONLY) - Install approximately 103 LF of 6" C-900 PVC underground fire service supply, from an existing 6" tap on the south side (property line) of Executive drive, running south to approximately 4'-9" east of column #2, 1'-6" inside the footing. Piping rising up thought the floor with 6" D.I. to approximately 6" above the finished floor with an MJ X Flange Adapter. This service supply is for a new 17,000-ft/2, (16,000 square foot enclosed building shell with a 1,000 square foot roof covered storage area at the west side of the building), one story, concrete tilt-up and steel shell warehouse and office building. This permit is for the construction of the underground supply. Overhead fire sprinkler system will require separate permitting. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code.
