THIS IS A TWO PHASE PROJECT. DECEMBER 17, 2004 - 11TH & MYRTLE PROFESSIONAL CENTER (SHELL & CORE - PHASE 1) - To install a lead-in of 6" C-900 PVC, and a lead-out of 4" C-900 PVC under the footing and up through an identified fire sprinkler control room with approved carbon steel pipe to approximately 6" above finish floor, in preparation for the construction of a 25,488-ft/2, three story Type III-B office shell building, which will be fully fire sprinklered. Fire sprinklers are being used for area. This is a partial permit and illustrates work from the underground risers (4" and 6" to the first 45º ells only). This fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD04-02153. MARCH 3, 2005 - 11TH & MYRTLE PROFESSIONAL CENTER (SHELL & CORE - PHASE 2) To install the remaining 6" C-900 PVC lead-in from the property line to the 45º and 4" C-900 PVC lead-out to the remote FDC with pit drain capabilities for the fire protection supply requirements of the 25,488-ft/2, three story Type III-B office shell building, which will be fully fire sprinklered. Fire sprinklers are being used for area. This fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief.
