To provide complete notification to a new tenant improvement area (executive office space, BLDG 17C) and one duct smoke detector for HVAC shutdown to an existing fire alarm system. The required manual fire alarm system includes sprinkler monitoring, required automatic detection, HVAC shutdown, fire/smoke damper control, door release, elevator recall/shutdown and notification throughout.

The associated building permit (BLD 04-02751) is to remodel a 3000 sq. ft. unfinished space in building17C into executive office space. This finished space will include a large executive office, two guest offices, an executive board room, a servery, an audio/visual room, copy room and open central executive area. This work is being done at the southwest corner of the fourth floor between grid lines 8&10 and J&K. This work also includes related mechanical and electrical work.
