Description
NAMPA FLOORS & INTERIORS * To install approximately 22'-0' of 6" C-900 PVC underground fire service supply main from the property line in N. Kessinger lane, west, under the footing and up through the finished floor with 6" Ductile Iron and a 6"x11" M.J. adapter to approximately 6" above the finish floor. To install a complete NFPA 13, Ordinary Group 2 hazard system in the new 8,420-ft/2, one story, wood framed retails store for flooring and interiors sales. This building contains M and S-1 occupancies and was reviewed using the unseparated uses option (IBC, Section 302.3.2). The S-1 is limited to commodity use addressed in the review comments (item #16). The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2000, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD04-01600.
