(WHITE PINES TRAVEL MART - BOISE AIR TERMINAL - ORIGINAL CONCOURSE B) To add a complete hydraulically designed OH-2 "layer" of sprinklers for the protection of combining two existing tenant spaces into one 1,280-ft/2 retail sales tenant space. The fire sprinkler work is related to the increase of occupancy hazard and the inclusion of interior nonbearing walls, a suspended ceiling, a gypsum board soffit. This building is fire sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistance rated construction. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13-2002 as regulated by the Fire Department. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
