Fire sprinkler work is related to the removal of walls and equipment for the preparation of new interior walls for an exam room, treatment, recovery rooms and support areas, medical imaging suite, corridor walls, incidental storage rooms, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, medical gases. The fire sprinkler system work shall be maintained in accordance with minimum requirements of NFPA 13-1999, complying with the IFC-2000 and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance verification of meeting minimum code.
