Forrest, Here is the inspection request for the completion of the final test at Trinity Presbyterian. If there is any problems meeting out there at 12:00p.m., please let us know. My cell is ###-#### if you cannot reach me at the office. Thanks, Jason; Phone #: ###-#### Internet Inspection Request from: Jason Minnick

Forrest, all checked out, one final issue is the phone lines are routed to the General Contractors trailer (temproary), so I did not test them. ESI is aware of the situation and will need to determine their plan of attack. I have told Jason and he will contact them. They have a choice of two options. 1) Provide the two permanent phone lines and test. 2) If they want to request a "temp" so they can move this weekend, they will need to supply a letter stating the trailer and phone lines will remain intact til the permanent ones are provided, probably need to test also. Sam is off tomorrow, so if they want a temp, they will need to request it today.
