(STOEL RIVES LLP - US BANK BLDG - 19TH, FLOOR PHASE 2) To replace 87 existing Standard Response to Quick Response sprinklers and add 15 new Q.R. sprinklers which is related to the expansion of an existing tenant located on this 19th floor, 11,626-ft/2 and on the 20th floor, 3,740-ft/2, into the 18th floor (11,627-ft/2). This work is Phase 2 of the 19th floor which is adding a water curtain around the open stairs to the 20th floor, adding Fire sprinklers to the soffited ceiling of the elevator lobby and replacement of the remaining standard response sprinklers. Phase 1 was permitted under FIR04-00759 (finaled 12/23/2004). This is a scope of work permit limited to what is specified in this description, relating to the plan dated 1/21/05. This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13-2002 as regulated by the Fire Department. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
