To upgrade the existing fire alarm control panel to provide "supervised" alarm, supervisory and trouble signals to a SCADA system to be transmitted via radio to a constantly attended location. (actually two constantly attended (24/7) locations, Lander St. Waste Water Treatment Plant (to be referred to as "Lander".) and the Utility Maintenance Bldg on Liberty St. (to be referred to as "Liberty".) Approval dated 3/26/2004, from Dave Miller (BFD Fire Marshall) to Bill Freeman (Boise Public Works) to proceed (with conditions) is included in the permit package. The existing fire alarm system is a required sprinkler monitoring system.
