To provide total notification in the remodeled area on the first floor of building 80. (BPS16:001A has insufficient coverage, change to 75 cd.) It appears the calcs (battery and voltage drop) have sufficient capacity to upgrade the 15 cd to the 75 cd. Two FCUs (14 & 15) and RF 23 are being installed and require HVAC shutdown. (RF 23 has two returns) No comments have been written, PDS Fire Inspector to field verify.

BLD05-00225 for Micron Building #80 - Litho Area for New E-Beam tool (#80-20047839) - To demo and remove approximately 87 lineal feet of cleanpak wall and door and approximately 64 lineal feet of gypsum board wall separating the Litho Support 109B from the Future E-Beam #108 areas (the new E-Beam areas will be expanded into the old Litho Support area). This permit also includes the construction of new cleanpak and chase walls and two new doors for a new approximate 650 square foot area for E-Beam Chase #108E and E-Beam Bay #108F. This permit also includes the construction of interior partition walls and two new doors to create a new approximate 490 sq. ft. Litho Support #200G area at the second floor. This permit also includes related ceiling, floor, mechanical and electrical work. This work is being done on the first and second floors of Building #80 between grid lines 1&3 and G&H.
