CONECTL CORP * To install new pendant fire sprinkler protection for the remodel a 700-ft/2 portion of an existing 31,645-ft/2 manufacturing facility for new work area located on the first floor by the construction of approximately 40 lf of partitions to create three small work areas, two spaces will be 240-ft/2 and one space will be 165-ft/2. Fire sprinkler work is related to the installation of a new suspended ceiling system with lighting and the new walls. This building is fully fire sprinklered. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
