(GE SUPPLY - OFFICE, SALES AREA, STORAGE MEZZANINE) To modify and existing shell fire sprinkler system installed under FIR04-00773, for a 3,100-ft/2 office/wholesale area within an existing 16,655-ft/2 warehouse building. A storage mezzanine will be located above the office area. After the office is constructed, the warehouse will have a floor area of about 12,521-ft/2 inside the building, 3,100-ft/2 on the mezzanine, and 1,000-ft/2 of outside covered storage. The fire sprinkler work is related to, the exterior storage canopy, interior nonbearing walls, interior stairway, 3 restrooms, suspended ceilings and mezzanine. This building is fire sprinklered for fire area and for high-piled storage. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD05-00288.
