KERI / LYNN RESIDENCE * To install a life safety fire sprinkler system in a new 3000-ft/2, two story single family dwelling with a 1081-ft/2 attached three car garage. This lot is within a hillside area and is subject to the hillside ordinances. Class "A" roof system and 30 ft. defensible space shall be maintained. This structure shall be fitted with a modified 13D sprinkler system, including fire sprinkler barrier protection between garage and living spaces. This system shall be equipped with an alarm initiating device, commonly referred to as a flow switch, and connected to an audible outside alarm. The first floor is 2273-ft/2 and the 2nd floor is 727-ft/2. All fire sprinkler work and related, which includes dual use, single service water supply, the system backflow prevention device (provided by others), shall be per NFPA 13D, approved plans, engineering/red-lining and attached review comments, under direction of the Fire Chief.
