HEATHER RICE RESIDENCE * To install a life safety, NFPA 13-D Modified, fire sprinkler system in a new five bedroom, two and half bathroom, 3,848-ft/2, two story single family dwelling (2700-ft/2 first floor/1148-ft/2 second floor) with an attached 798-ft/2 two car garage which requires barrier protection on all living space walls. The sprinkler flow alarm shall be attached to the residence smoke detection system. This NFPA 13D system shall be equipped with an alarm initiating device, commonly referred to as a flow switch, and an outside alarm indicating device. All fire sprinkler work and related, which includes dual use, single service water supply, the system backflow prevention device (provided by others), shall be per NFPA 13D, approved plans, engineering/red-lining and attached review comments, under direction of the Fire Chief.
