ALBERTSONS STORE #0160-FIVE MILE PLAZA (PHASE 1 & 2)
PHASE 1: Phase 1 is fire sprinkler protection work is a limited to removal of approximately 3-4 fire sprinklers in the bakery and 3-4 in the Deli to accommodate the demolition of existing ceilings in the phased remodel to an existing 49,371-ft/2 grocery store building located at the west end of an existing shopping center. The roof protection system in place shall protect the floor area associated with the affected work.
PHASE 2: Phase 2 is relocating and adding fire sprinkler protection in the new Pharmacy, Customer Service, Front Canopy, Meat Preparation, Bakery Production and Freezers & Coolers in the phased remodel to an existing 49,371-ft/2 grocery store. This building was constructed in Ada County in 1978 and annexed into Boise City on 12/30/99. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD4-02214.
