FIR05-00192 is to upgrade the existing fire alarm system to include detectors, annunciation and the FACP. (Per the upgrade agreement from Matt D. Petaja, Boise Airport Deputy Director and Dave Miller, Boise Fire Marshall, dated 10/26/2004 for Moxie Java Tenant Improvement Project at the Boise Airport for FIR04-00719)

The associated building permit (BLD 04-02772) is to construct a new entrance vestibule and support structure to serve a new aircraft loading walkway at "Original Concourse B". Work is to include a concrete foundation, cantilevered beams, concrete floor deck, spray applied fire-proofing, steel roof deck, welding, and equipment. Also, to remodel the interior of "Original Concourse B" and "Concourse B Extension". An elevated concrete floor/ramp will be constructed over the existing floor AND the 4 existing restrooms will be remodeled. At least one of each type of fixture in each restroom shall be accessible to the disabled. Work is to include strengthening existing steel floor beams, welding, new floor finishes, new wall finishes, new ceilings finishes, and new ceiling tile. All work shall comply with the approved drawings and the plan review report on file. The fire sprinkler systems shall comply with NFPA 13-2002 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW** (BOISE AIR TERMINAL - CONCOURSE B AND AIRCRAFT LOADING WALKWAY) Both Concourse B buildings are fire sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistance rated construction.

FIR05-00193 is to provide total notification to the tenant area.

The associated building permit (BLD 05-00487) is to construct a 1,842 square foot restaurant tenant space in the Southeast corner of "Original Concourse B" at the Boise Air Terminal. The former restaurant tenant spaces at this location will be demolished. Work is to include overhead coiling security grilles, interior nonbearing walls, suspended acoustical ceilings, gypsum board soffits, millwork, a grease hood, a side-hinged swinging egress door, and finishes. All work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes.
