(WASHINGTON MUTUAL-CONFERENCE ROOM-STE #200) To add fire sprinkler protection in a newly crated 1,018-ft/2 conference room within an existing 10,727-ft/2 whole floor office tenant space, located on the 2nd floor of an existing high-rise building. Fire sprinkler work is related to the installation of interior nonbearing walls and possible ceiling work. This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
