(FOSTER BUILDING UNDERGROUND REPLACEMENT) To install approximately 100 feet of 6" C-900 PVC connected in W. Broadway, running north along "BODO #4" and into the south east corner basement with Ductile Iron (or similar) approximately 6" inside the wall with a 6" X 11" adapter. This service supply will have an outside Post Indicator Control (supervised) located in at the sidewalk in W. Broadway. All fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD05-00239.
