The required manual fire alarm system includes sprinkler monitoring, automatic detection (heat detectors will be installed in the attic spaces, a high sensitivity smoke detector (air sampling) will be implemented in the "domed" areas of the building, this is considered primary detection and the design information is included in the package) and smoke detectors will be installed in all corridors, elevator recall/shutdown (elevator controllers will be upgraded next year, the new modules will be installed at this time, a FA permit will be required to connect, test and inspect) and notification throughout.
