XEROX CORP * To relocate existing and add new standard response pendant sprinklers in the remodel of a 1,517-ft/2 new office tenant located on the 1st floor. The fire sprinkler work is related to selective demolition and construction of a noncombustible tenant demising wall, relocated light fixtures and new HVAC registers This building is fully fire sprinklered for one-hour substitution. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
