TRIMCO MILL WORKS ADDITION - To install a new 688 gallon Dry Pipe System in the addition of 15,000-ft/2 of new high piled combustible storage area which includes enclosing 3,840-ft/2 of covered exterior storage area within an existing 38,942-ft/2 high piled combustible storage warehouse building, and office. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase to meet the requirements for an unlimited area building. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD04-02970.
