To install a new fire alarm system in a new shell and core building. System will consist of fire sprinkler monitoring, elevator recall, hvac monitoring and fire/smoke damper control.

The associated building permit (BLD 04-02153) is to construct a 25,488 sq. ft. three story Type IIIB fully fire sprinklered office shell building. Other work includes all site improvements, landscaping and paving per approved plans and attachments, DRH04-51, CUP04-00025. No occupancy is authorized under this permit. Separate plans and permits are required to complete each tenant space. Fire sprinklers are used for area. 1st floor 8496 sq ft, 2nd 8496 sq ft, 3rd 8496 sq. ft.7/6/2005-Plan modification. The existing and previously approved Silent Knight 5496 power supplies have been changed to new Silent Knight 5495 power supplies. This change is to provide synchronization for the visual notification devices. Voltage drop calculations and battery calculations appear to be adequate. 7ah batteries to be provided for power supplies. See approved plans for clouded locations.
