(SPENCER'S)(BOISE TOWNE SQUARE-SPACE #2026) To modify and existing OH-2 fire sprinkler system in the remodel of an existing 1,927-ft/2 tenant space, located on the second floor. Fire sprinkler work is related to construction of a new noncombustible partition wall to separate storage area from retail area, one restroom and new storefront with roll down security grill. This building is fully fire sprinklered and contains a smoke evacuation system. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
