(PINNACLE PENSION) To modify and existing shell system for the installation of a new 4,452-ft/2 office tenant space located on the first floor. The fire sprinkler work is related to the construction of interior partitions for offices, breakroom, conference room, and a reception area. Also for the installation of a new suspended ceiling system with related lighting and new HVAC registers. This building requires to be fully fire sprinklered. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD05-00277.
