VISTA VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTER-PHASED (BUILDING "E" UNDERGROUND) * Phase 1 is to stub out 5'-0" of 6" C-900 CPVC underground fire service supply and install a 6" underground riser located in the North East corner of a new, single story 6,135-ft/2 retail multi-tenant shell building with a 800-ft/2 covered entry facade. Phase 2 is to continue north 20'-0" then 90° west approximately 190'-0" with two 45º offsets and connect to the (United Water) tap at the property line at Vista. This building will be fully fire sprinklered. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002, AWWA, the IFC-2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD05-00315.
