EMERALD TECH CENTER - BUILDING #11 (SHELL UNDERGROUND) - To install approximately 150'-0" of 6" C-900 PVC underground connected at the property line on the west side of N. Ancestor Place, running west 130'-0", then north 20'-0", under the footing and up through the floor with Class 50 Ductile Iron to approximately 6" above finished floor grade, with a 6" X 11½" adapter. This service supply is for the fire protection needs in a 13,140-ft/2, one story concrete tilt-up exterior walls, steel roof system, office and storage shell building with a 140-ft/2 mechanical room at the south side of the building. This will be a shell building. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD05-00916.
