ST MARY'S CROSSING BUILDING #1 (UNDERGROUND SHELL & CORE) - To install approximately 244'-0" of 6" PVC C-900 in a new 16,870-ft/2, two story, wood frame office shell and core building. The service tap is at the property line off 27th Street, running 114'-0" south, then, 110'-0" east with a PIV in a planter and continuing to a 45º. Then north approximately 20'-0" under the footing, then rising up through a fire sprinkler riser room approximately 6" above finish grade with 6" class 50 D.I., transitioned with a 6 X 10½" adapter and blank flange. This fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2003, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD05-00355.
