The associated building permit (BLD 04-01255) is to remodel the 1st floor and mezzanine office area of this existing warehouse tenant per approved plans. Total building is 24,000 sq.ft; 1st floor office area is 3,807 sq.ft. and mezzanine office area is 2,882 sq.ft.
