(MEADOW GOLD DAIRIES MAINTENANCE SHOP 2 PHASED DEMOLITION) This is a two phased project. Phase 1: To remove 7 (end) sprinklers on 7 existing lines for a demoed and relocated wall underneath an existing mezzanine, located in the north east corner of and an existing Type V-B truck maintenance and commodity storage warehouse building. Phase 2: To remove 4 fire sprinklers located on 2 existing lines under a mezzanine which is being removed. This building is fire sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2003, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. There is not adding or relocating sprinklers associated in this permit. This permit is not attached to any building permit (to date). IFC Fire/Life Safety Inspector to verify building permit requirement for this tenant work.
