The associated building permit (BLD 05-01316) is to finish a 1,528 sq.ft. office space and add interior walls for 168 sq.ft. conference room and 120 sq.ft. for work area. Work to include installation of suspended ceiling in the lobby, conference and work room areas. Other areas are open to structure above. Separate permits will be required for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire sprinkler installation. All construction per the approved plans.
