To provide temperature monitoring of a refrigerator in the pediatrics unit located in room 476 on the 4th floor. The FACP is located in the basement. A sequence of operation is included in the fire alarm permit set that defines the input as a "priority 2". This would be considered a "combination system" and all fire alarm signals would override the monitoring input. Battery calculations look sufficient for the FACP. No written comments. The PDS Fire Inspector shall field verify the fire alarm signals to override the monitoring signal.
