To install overhead fire sprinkler protection throughout a new 10,716-ft/2, three story, four unit apartment building. The first floor is 3,806-ft/2 which 2,000-ft/2 is for the garages (protected to Ordinary Group design), the second floor is 3,946-ft/2 and the third floor is 2,964-ft/2 (Light Hazard design). Three units are three bedroom and three and one half baths, one unit is four bedroom and three and one half baths. This building is fire sprinklered per NFPA 13-R. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2000, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work. The underground fire service supply was installed under FIR04-00269. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD04-00946.
