(TZO-NAH - GROVE HOTEL CONDOS - SUITE 1607) To remove all existing sprinklers with and replacing with new fire sprinklers, while relocating 7 and adding 2. This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. This area is residential and requires a minimum .1 (light hazard occupancy) density. The fire sprinkler work is related to some new interior walls and the combining two dwelling units, each having 1 level, to create one 3,907 square foot, for a 2 level dwelling unit, located on the 16th and 17th floors of the Grove Hotel building. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD05-00422.
