To provide total notification, HVAC shutdown and cooking hood monitoring in the TI space located on the ground level (first floor). This permit shall not be finaled until the shell and core Building Permit (BLD04-01323) and the Fire Alarm Permit (FIR05-00075) has been satisfactorily inspected and "finaled" by the PDS Fire inspector. The existing required manual fire alarm system includes sprinkler monitoring, HVAC shutdown, fire/smoke damper control, elevator recall/shutdown, cooking hood monitoring and notification throughout.

The associated building permit (BLD 05-00626) is to construct a 7,500 square foot restaurant tenant space (3,315 square feet for interior dining, 1,015 square feet for covered exterior dining, 2,720 square feet for the kitchen, 450 square feet for the restrooms) within a new 2 story building. Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, suspended ceilings, 4 grease hoods, millwork, and interior finishes.
