(CALVARY CHAPEL - SANCTUARY EXPANSION) To add and modify fire sprinkler piping and sprinklers for the expansion of the 2nd floor seating area in the existing Sanctuary by about 2,183-ft/2 to a total of 3,844-ft/2, by adding mezzanines along columns "A" and "F", and the construction of two new egress stairways with one located on the east side of column "F" and the other constructed through an existing prayer room, located in the south west corner of this building. Work included in the BLD, but not addressed or permitted in this review, is to enclose the existing drive-thru canopy to increase the size of the East foyer by about 732-ft/2, and to expand a prayer room from 430-ft/2 to 721-ft/2. This building is fire sprinklered for area increase, story increase, and fire area. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
