PROSOURCE WHOLESALE CARPET & WAREHOUSE - To install approximately 85'-0" of 6" C-900 PVC connected at the properly line in Allante Place, traveling northeast at a 45° approximately 63'-0" then north approximately 20'-0", under the footing and up through the floor with 6" Ductile Iron to approximately 6" above the finished floor with a 6"x 11 flange adapter and blank flange. Fire flow requires this building to be constructed as a Type III-B building. (This building will be partially fire sprinklered in the high pile storage areas). The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2003, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD05-01065.
