NORCO ACETYLENE COMPRESSING PLANT - To install approximately 205' of 8" C-900 PVC underground fire service. Contractor will start at the property line in the north side of Gowen Rd., traveling north approximately 150', then west, just under the outside wall building footing and up through the finished floor approximately 6" with a 8" Ductile Iron and a 8 X 13½" M.J. adapter and blank flange. The supply is for a new 8,260-ft/2, one story, steel framed industrial building to be used as an acetylene gas compressing plant, of which will be fire sprinklered with the exception of a 1,360-ft/2 Equipment Room #104. The underground fire sprinkler work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD05-00978.
